    "*" means necessary documents that you must provide in your application.
    If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
    If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents in time.

    1. Valid Residence Permit

    Applicants who are living in China should submit a scanned copy of valid residence permit.

    *2. Passport-sized photo

    A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

    *3. First Page of Valid Passport

    *4. Police Clearance Record (in English or Chinese)

    *5. English Proficiency Proof (except for English native speakers)

    *6. Notarized High School Graduation Certificate

    Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.

    *7. Notarized High School transcript

    If the document is not written in English or Chinese, it must be accompanied by a certified English or Chinese translation.

    *8. Study Plan (in English)

    *9. Foreigner Physical Examination Form

    The physical examination should be conducted after January 1st, 2023.

    For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
